1971 BMW R6015. this will make someone a very nice road bike. it has been parked in building by owner for last few years about three years.being the 2nd owner has invested more 4000.00. It doesn't run at this time. owner says it needs carberators replaced, this is all its needs to run. here is a list of items reworked replace before parking bike. new tires, new battery disconnected now. all new spokes& boots. new exhaust. windshield and bags are harley davison. new rings and rod bearings, rebuild.it also has original tool kit complete. it has about three hours of use by second owner, who has decited to not ride anymore because of his age. he says he wants someone who will ride this again. with a little work it will make someone a classic ride. he says it smooth as silk. wiil answer any question we can. no reserve, so don't miss classic bike!! thanks for looking!!! listed for local pick up but might consider meetin part of way. if you would like to email. we would love for you to see. thanks for looking!!!On Jun-24-11 at 10:45:41 PDT, seller added the following information: this post is about the rust on mufflers. owner has cleaned at are on the pipes, says it coming fairly easy, but it may or may not come completely off?? he did not try to remove all of it. its been sitting in building since owner has parked, never set outside. thanks gary
