1989 Suzuki GSX / Katana

well its sat in the garage long enough and its time to face the facts with the kids and every thing else its time to sell, its a '89 Suzuki 1100f katana, i bought it about 5 years ago as my first bike and loved it, i rode for 3 1/2 years then met my fiance with 2 boys and well needless to say it got less and less use, and now i have a 9 month old daughter of my own, and im on my own as a single father so the bike has got to go, the bike has 37k miles on it, i replace both back and front tires on it, they've only gone maybe 1k miles, there still practically new, i had to convert the sprockets over to a newer more common set up so its now only $40 for new chain and not $150 and hard to find, i changed the oil in the beginning, middle and end of every year because of its age, you can see from pics that i repainted it the last year i rode it, its just a gloss black, but for some reason this past winter the gas tank bubbled up on the one side, the bike has never been laid down as far as i know or sense I've owned it, the bike will turn over just not start, ive had mechanics look at it and they've all said the same thing, the carbs are all gunked up. i have a hanes manual but im to nervous and have no know how on how to take it all apart, i know id never put it back together right, but i couldnt even ride it if i fixed it, not with having a 9 month old, and with that i need the money more then a bike sitting in my garage that i cant ride, i got it listed for $2000 but im willing to let it go to the best offer, now i only bought it, road it, and changed oil, I'm not a "bike guy" so i can only answer simple questions but i'll try answering what i can to the best of my ability, feel free to call or txt me 585-414-7973 ***IM ALSO SELLING IT LOCALLY AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END AUCTION EARLY AND CANCEL ALL BIDS*****
