For auction is my 1971 Triumph TR6R Trophy Chopper. The bike has a clear title in my name. It runs and rides very well - shifts through the 4 speed transmission smoothly. It starts good and does not smoke. The engine sounds good - no funny pings or ticks. A battery eliminator has been added - all of the lights work properly. The tires are in good shape - the front is 3.50 x 19 Cheng Shin - the rear is a 5.10 x 16 Bridgestone. The rims have good chrome. The gas tank is in good condition - the copper colored paint on the tank is nice. The aftermarket speedometer shows 276 miles. There is a bad spot in the chrome on the oil tank - there is a scratch in the chrome and it was painted silver to lessen the chance of rust starting. Brakes work good. Horn toots. The worst point of the bike is the side stand lug needs to be welded. The side stand and lug are on the frame, but need to be repaired. The bike was built for an old man - when it was done, he realized the 'old' part. It needs a new and younger owner. Sold as-is. Buyer is responsible for the cost and arranging of shipping.
