1982 Honda Magna

1982 Honda V45 Magna 750cc, 21282mi-----Runs, but needs work...specifically, a throttle cable is not doing it's job, and it still has 2yr old fuel in it. Will start, idle, but the cable that works the throttle is broke. I took this bike in, it needed an ignition switch, put a new one in today...and promptly found out I could not make it rev up...here it is. Original paint has scratches and chips, pipes are good but have some rash on the lower ends, tires are brand new...front and rear, they look like they were put on yesterday. No rear signals, guages are cloudy, but readable. I believe it would be ridable with the cable fixed, new battery, and fresh fuel. Clear title----Take a look, ask me any questions, Thanks
