You are buying a sharp 2007 Ford Crown Victoria P71 Police Interceptor with Street Appearance Group in excellent condition. Current mileage is 105,439 and will increase slightly as the car is driven occasionally, but not daily. I purchased this from the North Carolina State Highway Patrol in September 2010, and they were the only prior owner. What really makes NCSHP service vehicles unique is that they are issued to 1 trooper, who takes it home daily, and is personally responsible for the condition and any damage to the car. NCSHP really take nice care of these cars, so cosmetic damage is generally kept to a minimum. I feel that the NCSHP cars are the best overall condition in-service Police Interceptor's you can buy, this is my 2nd one and am only selling it due to changes in family vehicle usage, and most likely I will buy another car from NCSHP in the future. I have full service records from day 1 on this car (former car # 7454), which the new owner will receive. There were never any holes drilled for antenna's or light bar, plus no spotlight was ever installed, therefore NO plugged holes in the roof or trunk. The only flaws I would describe are cosmetic: 1) The passenger front fender has 2 slight dings behind the front wheel, at the body line. I had my dent doctor look at it, and he told me he could not pull the dents with the fender on the car, because of the HD steel backing behind the fender. I chose not to do anything further, as it didn't bother me anyway. 2) There is some minor chipping of the Silver Birch paint on the tops of the body side moldings, probably stemming from the side decal removal. I have included a photo of an in service NCSHP car to see what they look like stickered up. There is NO peeling in the C pillar areas, which is a big issue on the White cars. Mechanically the car runs perfect, has great power, pretty good MPG at about 17-18 city for me, air conditioning that will blow you out of the seat, cruise control, power driver's seat, fully carpeted floor with cloth seats front and rear, no bad smells or stains inside, a Ford Kevlar Trunk Pack, full painted wheel covers, and an excellent set of (4) OEM Goodyear Eagle RSA P235/55/17 VR rated tires.
