2007 Suzuki GSX-R

2007 Suzuki GSX-R 750. Black/Grey. The GSX-R 750 may be the best sportbike ever. Every couple years a new article is published saying exactly that. It is the perfect balance between the 600 and 1000cc sportbikes available today. I purchased this bike new in March of 2008. I am the single owner. Always kept in the garage. Dealer maintained. I have all of the service records. Oil and oil filter changes every 3000 miles. Tires: Michelin Pilot Pure: approximately 50% tread left. The tires are in good shape (not squared off). Chain and sprokets are in good shape. Brake pads have over 50% left. When in storage the battery has always been on a battery tender. Suzuki Extended Protection Warranty through March of 2012. Auction includes the plastic seat cowl that came with the original purchase of the bike. The bike is in excellent mechanical condition. It does have a couple marks/scratches from normal use. Of note, on the left lower fairing, there is a small piece of the plastic missing (approximately 1 square inch). Please see the picture below. I ran over a tree branch that was across the entire road on a dark off ramp. The branch broke, but it came up and hit the fairing. There is a small white mark on the top left of the gas tank from my helmet. It's just a transfer mark, no crack or dent or anything. The bike has never been crashed, but a friend of mine pushed me over at a stop sign once (accidentally!) when we were at a dead stop. You can see on the left frame slider as small amount of abrasion from the incident. Other than that, the bike has no physical damage. The bike is mostly stock. Modifications: Woodcraft frame sliders Woodcraft case guards on both sides ( I still have the original left side case cover, if you win and want it, I'll tack on $75 to the ending bid price) Stompgrip tank grip (coolest stuff ever) The swing arm spools in the pictures are not included in this auction. The coil lock on the top triple tree has been removed, but I do still have it if you are interested. I have left the stock exhaust on. For me, it sounds great, and if you look at the pics, this was the last year that the pipe was a real shorty. They got longer in 2008. I think it looks better than the new ones, but hey, maybe that's just me. I am a professionally trained motorcycle mechanic and this bike has been my baby. She's been ridden well and well taken care of. I'll be changing the oil and oil filter as soon as she sells, that way you can just pick her up and ride!
