2002 Mazda Miata Convertible Red I have a red 2002 Mazda Miata 5 Speed Convertible with 122,500 miles that I am selling. I bought it a few months ago from a lady that lived in Florida so that I could have a something I could enjoy on the weekends. When I was looking , I didn't want to pay for a car that was in excellent condition due to the amount of money I had to spend. I found one that was in good condition with slight imperfections that I was going to tinker with. If you are a perfectionist and are looking for a car that is showroom quality, this car is not for you. The car runs strong and the transmission shifts smoothly. The car starts every time and its reliable as can be. The car has the average paint imperfections a 10 year old car would have, but the paint is red and shiny and looks great. It has touch-up paint on the front and rear bumper from minor scrapes. Overall the car is a very quick and fun car but its just not very practical for me right now. Things that need to be done on the car: the convertible top is in poor condition and I planned on purchasing a new top on ebay for $160 but I am busy with work and don't have time to install it. Currently the car has a tonneau cover because I never drive with the top up. The rear left tail light is cracked but doesn't affect the light output of the lens, they sell these for $60-80 on ebay. Also, the antenna was non-existent when I purchased the car. The o2 sensor is out and displays a check engine light that doesn't affect engine performance. Asking price 4700 obo with a little room for serious offers , no trades whatsoever. I have the clean title in hand.
