This 1968 "Granada Red" BMW R69US is a collector's dream bike. In 1968 BMW in Germany made 25 Red ones and also did 25 in 69. I have never seen another and I have been following these R69's on eBay for many years. You will not find a nicer vintage Beemer anywhere. Totally refurbished by 2nd owner by Blue Moon Cycle in Georgia and purchased by me in March 2010. It spent he winter at MAX BMW in NH getting some additional work done: Fuel Tank completely redone; New Tires; Brakes; Rear Taillight LED added for better clarity. This bike is a keeper! When you drive it people notice and it rides unbelievably nice! I want to sell because I do not get enough time to ride it. I didn't buy it to look at it. I have a detailed history of its 2 previous owners, that details all the work in refurbishing it to concourse level. I can email to you upon request.
