This 1998 Dodge Dakota has been great for me, and Im hoping with a little TLC this will be just right for you. THIS TRUCK CAN GET FROM POINT A TO POINT B (I drove it back and forth to work, grocery store, drug store, etc. for months)SOON, YOU'LL HAVE TO HAVE SOME TRANSMISSION WORK PERFORMED ON IT!!!! NOTES: (PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT THE BELOW TERMS) It goes fine into first and second gear, but going from second gear to third gear, it likes to "lag" or "stay at a high rpm" until you either let your foot off the gas, or kick it. I really do feel that if you're a mechanic, savvy with your hands, or know someone who is, that this truck could be back on its feet in no time. It has a good engine, i've kept it up nicely while the car has been in my possession. Used whole transmissions on ebay for my car range from $300-$800 dollars, and you wont have to pay a dime for labor if you know how to (A) do it yourself or (B) Know of a friend who could help you out! Because of the issue, I've lowered the price down from the original price of $3,500 ... to under $2,000 There is no insurance on this vehicle, it has been taking off. Therefore you could either A. Drive it out of the parking lot if you wish or B. the preferred method of towing it behind on a trailer, flatbed, or car dolly. You're purchasing this vehicle AS-IS, No warranty has been expressed at all, and because I've stated the defects, I cannot be held legally or financially responsible once payment has been received and you leave off with it.
