Car was running but has been sitting in the open for a few years, unprotected. Front bumper is loose, rear quarter panel has been redone, wiring issues and dashboard issues. Owner purchased it as a fixer-upper, but has done no fixing-upping, and now it needs to go to someone, for use as parts or (big!) project.
