I have a 1973 Honda CL175 Scrambler with 20k miles and a clean title in my name also have owners manual and 1 key. Ok here is the deal with the bike. I got the Honda in Jan of this year. I had someone working on the bike for me. When I bought the bike it did not run for the tank was full of rust and the carbs where in bad shape. The paint and chrome are in great shape along with the seat being in great shape. There are no rips or tears and the condition of the bike is in pretty go condition for it being 38 years old. The clutch does not stick and it seems the transmission is also great and the rims show little to no rust at all. I got the bike back last week from the guy that was working on it. He got the bike to turn over but the engine would not fire and seemed to have great compression .He is pretty much at the end of his rope with the bike so I got the bike back from him. I really don’t have the money to finish the repairs so my lose is your gain. I will go over the good and bad of the bike. There is a very low reserve on this bike. The buyer will be reasonable for picking the bike up and any shipping they might need. There will be a $300.00 deposit 24 hours after the close of auction. Then the balance of payment due 3 days after the auction closes. The only form of payment is pay-pal. The good: Piston Rings Tank was creamed Carbs rebuilt Cam chain and tensioner New Front and Rear tire Valves where cleaned Fresh plugs new wires and oil change New gaskets on the motor New Grips New Brake and Clutch leavers New Battery The bad: Some rust on the frame Brakes need to be adjusted Bike fires up but does not run Hate to sell it
