I am selling my 1970 Chevy Stepside Pick-Up Truck. It has a recently professionally tuned up Chevy 350 Engine w/Edlebrock Intake and Holley Carb., Headers, New Dual Exhaust - It rumbles like a Harley. Body work completed and recent Paint job in 2010. New stained wood-slat bed w/ nice textured spray-on bedliner on interior bed sides. Also, spray-on bedliner on the lower 3" of entire Truck. Newer 33" tires on American Racing Rims, Custom Steel Tubular Bumpers on both front and rear, brand spankin' new interior, in-dash radio w/ CD. All new Electrical, Lots of new items and I have all receipts to go with the truck for work completed and all new installed parts. No, this classic truck does not have A/C but it has nice air circulation using all 5 windows - It has the rear slider window - Plus it has the lower floor-side vents for extra coolness. Mileage shows 87,722. All '67-'72 Chevy Trucks are collectible and very desirable. This one looks better than almost every single one I have seen. Wouldn't need much to make it show quality. By that I mean a more expensive paint job w/clear coat. But it is very cool and very respectable as it is right now. Paint looks good but needs to have wet sand and polish done to it. There are some chips in the paint but not too noticeable. The Original Vin# inside the driver's door on the cab is: CE140J134069 - So, it was an original 4x2, V-8, 1/2 ton, built in 1970, Assembly Plant was "Janesville." I do not know when the 4x4 was added and/or if it came with the Stepside Bed but these may be the reason why North Dakota re-issued a Title that is now ND10927C88. I hold a Clear "Blue" Texas Certificate of Title in my name - It does not state on it anywhere that it is Rebuilt or Salvage. I have owned it for about 2 years and now need to make room for another toy I am working on. This truck is in very good condition for being 41 years old. It runs, drives and looks good. I would have it hauled if moving it over 200 miles just because I have not driven it more than 100 miles in the past 2 years and cannot gaurantee it's drivability over a long distance. The garage/shop in Duncanville, Texas that did the professional tune-up, electrical work and other mechanical things to it, say it is road worthy to drive anywhere. I have 2 sets of keys. Truck is currently located at my house in Dallas, Texas. I am selling this truck "As Is" - with no warranty either expressed or implied. Upon receipt of entire amount Truck can be released. I will help in anyway I can if you send a flat-bed hauler to pick it up but I cannot personally deliver this truck to you or pay for it to be hauled to your location. The automatic shift is on the column and the 4x4 is on the floor - as you can see in the interior pic. I do not know what vehicle the 4x4 came off of but I actually thought it was original to the truck when I bought it. My mechanic's shop told me otherwise. But he tested it out and said that it functions wonderfully - yes, he went mudding with my permission - but before the body and paint were completed.
