Up For sale is a 1975 Cadillac Sedan de Ville. I bought this vehicle from a towing company roughly a year ago. I brought it up to the condition it is in now. since I have owned this vehicle i have replaced the tires with original size and style whitewalls. Refurbished the original hubcaps, Replaced the fender skirts and all bumper plastic (common issue on these and most Cadillacs) replaced the windshield and repaired an assortment of body dings in hope to not have to pay as much for a paint job. The paint is in 7 out of 10 condition. the passenger front fender is missing the clear coat, on a budget this could be remedied with gloss black paint. This Vehicle is in a "Driver" condition. it is not a show car by any means, but it turns heads every time i drive it. The 500ci V8 runs flawlessly but will need exhaust work once it is bought. I drive the car like it is, but i would recommend taking it to a reputable exhaust shop to have the factory system replaced. The interior is a 7 out of 10. I replaced the headliner and gave the seats a thorough deep cleaning. The seats are in good condition except for a few small tears in the vinyl portions and the foam and springs are getting weak. Still very comfortable. All electrical components work with one or two minor issues. The power windows work well and the motors are still strong, but the pass. rear window needs to be pushed to the rear as it is rolled up or it will not go up correctly. This car does not have B-pillars so when you roll the windows down it feels even bigger than it did before. Heater works perfectly, A/C lines need to be reconnected and the system will need to be checked over before it will function as intended. Has an Aftermarket CD player installed. I will include the Factory radio and trim bezel if the buyer wants it. I have taken this car on several 100+ mile trips and it drives great. lots of power on the highway and the fuel economy is actually respectable for its size when traveling over 60+ MPH. The car has a slight vibration around 75mph. i believe this is due to one of the dual rear u-joints needing to be replaced. Transmission is a turbo 400 and shifts correctly every time with no slipping. I have tried to be as transparent and honest as possible in listing this vehicle.
