POLICE AUCTION: White 1995 Chrysler LHS, 167,818 miles, automatic transmission, VIN 2C3HC56F2SH624923. This vehicle was seized because it was used in a criminal offense on 06/14/2010. It was properly processed through the Tennessee Department of Safety and subsequently awarded to our department on 02/02/2011. The vehicle is now titled to our police department and we hold the clear title. Our policy mandates that all seized vehicles be sold at public auction. NOTICE: The driver’s side seat back is broken; the seat back lays backwards on the rear seat. Vehicle has loud muffler. Vehicle starts and will run from point A to point B. Under “remarks” on the title, the following is inserted, “REBUILT VEHICLE, ANTI-THEFT INSPECTION PASSED”. We do not inspect or test drive our seized vehicles so we cannot attest to how good (or bad) the vehicles are.
