I have owned this car for 5 years now and have not had the time or funds to restore this car. A restoration has been done in the past and needs to be done again.The 327 straight 8 flathead Packard engine turns free but has never been started in the time i have owned it.It has a 3 speed on the tree and is mostly complete.The only pieces i have found to be missing is the rear window and the gas filler door .I am moving and cannot take the Packard with me.
