For sale is this beautiful 2002 Range Rover 4.6 HSE Westminster (Special Limited Edition). There are only 300 of these ever produced in the world and it requires no mechanical repairs at all and has never been smoked in. I just smog tested the Rover at AAA and it passed like a new Rover would. Dealer serviced and inspected the vehicle at 59,000 miles and found no issues at all with the engine, drivetrain or electronics. I took it to both dealers it has visited and the sevice managers both remembered the Rover and previos owner and said no expense was spared on maintanence or repairs for this Rover was loved dearly. Beverly Hills Owned, this Rover has glossy Java Black Metallic Paint with no oxidation or fading anywhere and is near perfect with very low miles, drives like new and looks it to and is in amazing condition inside and out. Always Garage kept and has only been driven by adults and always been Dealer Serviced. The Mileage is currently at 59, XXX but runs, drives and looks like one you would find Certified Pre Owned at the dealership today. This Rover has always been a Beverly Hills, CA Rover and extremely well taken care of and has none of the typical rust issues found on most east coast Rovers. On the inside of this Rover you'll find individually hand-picked Ash Black Leather which is in like new condition which covers all seats and armrests on doors, shifter, steering wheel and entire center console. Black Piano Wood trim still looks great on dash, center dash, center console and doors. Chrome interior door handles, lock trims & shifter button all look great. Factory Rubber Floor Mats & Two Tone Cut pile Mats and perfect headliner and A-D Pillar Covers are perfect as well. This Rover is fitted with Navigation System with disk, auto dim rear view mirror, Harman Kardon sound system with factory Bass Box in the rear, 6-disk CD Changer/cartridge, Power Heated Front Seats W/ Driver Memory, Dual Climate Controls, these & all other interior amenities operate excellently. Medium Tinted Stained Glass windows in the rear (factory extra not standard), Factory Black trimmed headlamps with dual light pattern fog lamps in front bumper (no pitting/cracks), Rear fog lamps Clear smoked indicators/tail lights, new wiper blades front/rear windows and headlight wipers. The Ride is solid and smooth and the 4.6 liter V8 runs like new and has lots of power. I also have a dealer carfax report that recorded 18 dealer service/repair records done since new and to this day. Transmission shifts smooth and can be shifted from Hi to Lo gears easily with no niose from dreive train. The brakes are in great condition and stop on a dime, The Air Suspension System W/4 height settings and lock out function works like new and air bladders have been replaced recently. Michelin XPC 255/55/R18 and Chrome Hurricane split spoke 5 star rims (owner paid more when new for this rim option at purchase in 2002). The side mirrors dip in reverse for easy parking. All options on this Rover work like they should: all four windows, moon roof, door locks, rear hatch, heater, A/C, front/rear defrosters, power heated seats/mirrors, headlight washers/wipers, front/rear wipers/washers, ABS System, power steering, Audio/Navigation System, leather steering wheel with quick access functions, cooling system, and more... I would have to say that on a scale of 1-10 this Rover would easily get a 9.5 on the overall. I would give her a 10 out of 10 but she needs a ding removed on driver rear quarter panel just above the rubbing-strip and slight paint damage to corner of bumper below. I wanted to leave her all original but can have it repaired at cost to buyer at a body shop if desired before delivery for $400 dollars (will take one week to repair or less to be done right). The vehicle is being relisted because reserve was not met on prior auctions and I have lowered my reserve accordingly. On Apr-08-11 at 09:35:29 PDT, seller added the following information: The Rover was inspected and maintenance performed at the dealer last month less than 1,000 miles ago and needs nothing for she is in great shape. the only thing needed was to tighten the valve covers which had come loose and I already fixed this before I got the resulst from their inspection. the technichian remembered the Rover and said it was very clean and he would have purchased it himself it is so nice.
