1986 Suzuki Cavalcade

JUST NEEDS RIDDEN!! Everything works like it should on this bike including: electric cruise control, auto level air ride suspension,AM FM cassette radio w/adapter for MP3 player. New last summer: air filter, fuel filter and fuel lines, DOT 4 synthetic brake fluid in the clutch reservoir & front & rear brake reservoirs New this spring: Rotella T6 synthetic oil & WIX filter, DEKA agm maintenance free battery, water pump, all four radiator hoses, thermostat, Redline water wetter added to a 50/50 mixture of distilled water & antifreeze also new saddle bag corner bumpers. It has the Tracy brace and the previous owner told me the Tracy plug was installed two summers ago when he had the clutch replaced. These are the only problems with these bikes & they are already fixed. Tires front & back are like new and brakes work 100% like they should. This bike is the newest '86 I think you'll find anywhere! A very smooth and powerful V 4 engine with 5th gear OD makes for an extremely comfortable ride no matter how far you've planned your trip for. The electric cruise works just like it does in your car, the set & resume speed control makes long trips very relaxing! For passenger comfort, at their fingertips are the controls to slide the travel trunk forward & back, raise and lower the passenger floorboards along with the air adjustable passenger seat and back rest, glove boxes on top of the saddle bags, travel trunk also has a vanity mirror & light. These bikes were made to out do the Goldwing in everyway they have the ability to last for 150K + miles properly maintained. I have been getting 35-38 mpg with in town & hiway riding including two up & bags packed. I honestly cannot think of anything this bike needs now or anytime soon, its really as much of a turn key bike as it can be. There is so much more about these bikes that make them so great that I just don't have room for here! The automatic volume control for the radio, handlebar controls for the radio, automatic signal cancel, heat doors in the fairing, the digital display on the dash showing everything from what gear your in, a bulb burned out and the time of day. The paint is still as nice and shiny as it was new with some very minor imperfections you would find on any used bike. Keep in mind this is a 25 yr old bike so its not perfect but is VERY nice for its age, if you are looking for a new bike then you should probably buy new. I had no plans of ever selling this bike it was for my wife and I to take on vacations. But I have a daughter turning 16 this summer & want to buy her a car with the money from this is sale, its my only reason for selling this great bike.
