Beautifully restored 1940 Chevrolet Special Deluxe 2 door coupe. It is as nice as any you'll find for the price. Body is perfect and straight as a laser. No bondo or waves or rust. The paint shines really bright and good with no imperfections in it. The color was specially made for 1940 chevys built in California only and the VIN proves it. This car has been in the family for awhile and i know everything about her. The motor is it's original 216 and runs amazing with no smoke or studdering. It runs quiet and smooth and shifts perfectly with no mechanical problems. Drive it anywhere with no problems. The interior looks like brand new and even smells new. The wood grain dash is nothing short of art. It is the coolest part of the car in my opinion, the interior is nicer than new and will stun you. The wheels and tires are great, and the motor compartment is clean and nice with no leaks. I know it seems I have talked up the car but it is really a great car and needs nothing but someone to drive it unlike i have in a long time. I start it once a month to keep it up in shape and i'm very proud of it i just need the room. Or something different.
