The last of the T100s. This truck is sharp and was my dream truck when I bought it (10/20/2006). Several months after I bought it I took it to Rosner Toyota in Fredericksburg Virginia and asked the what I should do to make this baby last. They advised me change the timing belt and the water pump. They completed the work (6/5/07). About a month ago the alternator belt slipped off so I took it to my local mechanic. He asked me if I had changed the timing belt myself. I am not a mechanic so I said "NO". I advised him that Rosner Toyota had. He siad they screwed it up. He said that the Harmonic Balancer Pulley on the end of the crank shaft had come loose and worn out the end of the shaft. The end of the crankshaft is completely smooth and cannot hold the wheel on anymore. So he says I need a new cranshaft. He says it will also need a new Harmonic Balancer Pulley.He also advised me that the water pump does not have all the screws in place properly to hold the water pump (though it has stayed in place since Rosner worked on it). He advises putting in a new crankshaft & pulley or a new motor. I do not have the money to do either and need a vehicle soon so I am selling this beautiful truck. The a**holes at Rosner advised me the work they performed only had a one year warranty or 12,000 mile warranty on it. Basically they told me they are not going to repair my truck for some work they did improperly. I had only put 15,000 miles on the truck since they worked on it. I usually only drove the truck to work or to the dump on the weekends. For anyone who wants to see them I have copies of all work performed on the truck. So to clear things up the truck needs a new crankshaft and Harmonic pulley wheel. Some kind of tightening up of the water pump. Or a new engine. The engine starts and runs fine but the vehicle cannot be driven in its current state. Sorry about the pictures, some were taken early in the morning and some in the afternoon. The truck is also covered in pollen dust. She does clean up real nice. For the right person who is a mechanic or someone who owns a car dealership and has a mechanic that can do the work for them they will be getting a great truck at a great price with all the equipment on this baby. This truck is head turner. The truck is in good condition. Minor scratches on the paint job here and there but overall looks great when she is cleaned up. The interior is in good condition except for a cigarette burn in the driver side seat (picture below). If you are interested you amy come and look at the truck before bidding on it. Add Ons: Chrome Wheels, 35"-13"-18" Terra Grappler Tires (These tires run quieter on the road than what most big trucks do), 4" Suspension Lift, 3" Body Lift, Smitty Built Step Bars, Sway Bar Kit and other minor parts to lift the truck (All of this work was performed by Outlaw Motors in Culpepper Virginia). Diamond Plate Steel Truck Box, Towing Package. The tires still have very good tread on them. All things considered she is great truck. Whoever ends up with her will be real happy with her.
