You are bidding on a 1968 Triumph GT6. I am selling this car for a friend, who purchased it in 2007. When he brought it home, he noticed that it was leaking gas from the carburetor. It has been in a garage since then. About two months ago he asked me if I would rebuild the carburetors, which I have, and also rebuilt the shifter. Since that time, he has decided that it is time to part with this beautiful car. I have gone over the car stem to stern, and it seems to be in very good condition. Previous to my friend's ownership, someone completely restored the inside of the car. It has new carpet, new upholstery, and seats. The engine starts fine and runs strong and has many new parts. I recently changed the oil and adjusted the brakes. This is a very nice example of an early GT6. It is not perfect, but it wouldn't take much to get it in that condition! The body and frame are rust-free, and the floor boards have been previously repaired. I am sorry I don't have any more history on this car, but it seems like someone has done a lot of work on it.
