Nice Morgan 30 ft Sailboat This is a very large boat. She's a great boat for cruising the chesapeake and the ocean and also would be a nice live aboard. Very solid boat with plenty of room in the cockpit and the cabin as well. Large full keel - Boat draws only 3.5 ft Full galley with a stove, sink, large ice box and plenty of cabinets for storage. Large fold out table that converts to a large sleeping area when not used as the dinette. Full head with sink and shower and a large V- birth in the bow. There are additional full sleeping births that extend under the cockpit on both port and starboard sides. Atomic 4 has not been run since boat was put on blocks 3 years ago. Buyer will need both batteries charged and probably an overhaul as it has been sitting. It may run but not sure. Tiller steering Main and forward sails are included and in decent condition. Nice roller furler system for foward sail. Vhf Radio, battery selector, shore power, fresh water tank and waste water tank, anchor, rope and chain. Good solid deck and hull with no soft spots and base of stantions are also solid. Boat does need some work. All lines and rigging are there and boat can be sailed as it is but she would need a good going over before moving it under sail. Also a good cleaning. There are lots of sailing and cleaning supplies in the boat. Also pots, pans , dishes, silverware, mugs etc. etc. Manual bilge, fire extinguishers, hardware, hoses, shore power cord, to name a few. Nice canvas, "tent like" cockpit cover to put over the boom for shade or light rain. Sail cover for main sail, tiller cover, wind scoop, several hatch screens, wisker pole, swim ladder, throwable life ring and 4 throwable cushions that were used for cockpit cushions. A 400. deposit due within 48 hrs of end of auction, (paypal or overnight mail) and full payment within 10 days of end of auction. Storage is paid until end of June.
