It is 99.99% rust-free in quite outstanding original condition overall. It features the 2.8 liter inline six cylinder engine mated to the factory 4 speed manual transmission. The factory-correct Resedagrun metallic paint is believed to be all original [except for drivers door repaint] and in quite good shiny condition overall. It shows a few blemishes here and there but this is a clean dry near-perfectly rust-free blue license plate California car. All the chrome and trim are very nice original, even the factory fog lamps work. THE INTERIOR The interior of this non-smoker car is in very good to excellent condition overall. From factory original loop carpeting to the door panels to the headliner to the almost-perfect dashboard, this is a well-maintained mostly garaged example. The radio is currently awol, the A/C is not blowing cold, the electric window switches are inop, the underside panel for the sunroof shows the vinyl needing reglue. All other gauges and controls work perfectly. NOTE: The included parts car has a working radio with console. THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE This 528i starts runs and drives VERY well. The acceleration is smooth and fairly strong [for 160 horsepower], the suspension is VERY smooth and and supple free of any clunks, shakes, shimmies or rattles. This car is a joy to drive on the open road on a sunny day! The brakes provide excellent stopping power with good pedal feel [with some slight pedal pulsating], the exhaust is quiet and smooth.
