Up for bidding is a very nice, clean, 1978 Lincoln Continental Mark V. I am selling this car for a relative at a very reasonable reserve. It has a clean KS title and I would not be afraid to drive this car anywhere. Delivery may be a possibility, please contact me before bidding. This car was purchased by the current owners husband in 2005 in meticulous condition and was kept by him until his death last year. Included with the car is a detailed list of all maintenance since 2005. A short list that has been done to this car is as follows: New plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. New carb, new valve covers and gaskets, new fuel pump, new battery, new front rotors, new master cylinder, turned rear rotors, new belts and hoses, new alternator, new fuel pump, new full dual exhaust. The list goes on and on, but this is just a few items of importance. All reciepts for these items and more are in the glove compartment of car. The engine is a 460 with a new Edelbrock Performer carb and Edelbrock chrome valve covers and air cleaner. It also has a new great sounding dual exhaust. Everything on this car works perfectly. As stated before, I would drive this car anywhere. There is some rust starting to bubble in the rocker panel area around lower wheel area, but very minimal. Touch up paint has been applied to the original paint in a few areas to cover scratches. Interior shows one small tear on drivers seat bolster about one inch long and a crack also shows in the dash on the passenger side corner close to the door glass area. Otherwise the OX Blood red interior of this car is fantastic. This car has spent most of its life under a roof. The tires are 235/75R15 at about 75% tread. They are mounted on later Lincoln alloy wheels. This is not a new car by any means, but it is a very nice survivor car that is in as nice of shape as you will find without being redone. The pictures do not do this car justice, I feel you would not be disappointed with the appearance.
