This is a 1991 Plymouth Laser RS version of Mitsubishi Eclipse -- mechanically identical, somewhat different body style. Original owner, non-smoker. 2.0 L engine with 5 speed manual transmission. The paint is original, mostly OK, but is fading on top panels. There are several small dents. There is no rust. The car is in fair running condition. The engine has 11 thousand miles on replaced timing belt, water pump, drive belts and seals -- paperwork available. CV boot kit also replaced at that time.The car has only 62 thousand miles due to being used for drive to work 3 miles each way. This actually qualifies as severe use, because the engine does not get enough time to warm up to normal operating temperature -- this probably explains why the engine uses oil -- you need to add about a quart every thousand miles. New wheels and tires installed 12 thousand miles ago -- paperwork available. The tires are in good condition. Pioneer CD radio installed 5 years ago.Two years ago the car was involved in a fender bender accident. Passenger side headlight assembly was badly damaged as shown on pics. Corner of the hood next to the headlight is bent, and the metal corner on the other side of the headlight is bent as well. Front bumper is scratched. The headlight does shine light, but it needs to be raised or lowered manually, and support needs to be inserted underneath for it to stay up. The hood opening lever needs to be pulled a couple of times before it releases the hood. The fuel tank door sticks as well, and needs to be opened by pulling the fuel lever and pulling the fuel door with a small screwdriver or credit card at the same time.The seats are in good condition, with one tear as shown. The rear seats are pretty much unusable due to lack of legroom and headroom. With the rear seats down, there is substantial storage space. The brake warning light likes to come on even when the reservoir is full.
