With that in mind, Dealer constantly uses its best efforts to “cherry pick” used inventory and to locate those Vehicles with clean CARFAX histories, no known serious accidents, and as few of perceived maintenance issues as possible. Payment Terms:
Down Payment of $500.00 is required via Pay Pal, cash, or wire transfer within 24-hours of purchase, and is non-refundable.
Final Payment is required via cash in person, cashier's check, teller deposit into Dealer’s business account, approved loan check, Paypal, major credit card, or wire transfer within 72-hours of purchase. Dealer business account is at Bank of America. Funds must clear before Vehicle can be picked up and/or shipped. Certificate of Title cannot be released until all original documents are signed. State sales tax, tag, title and registration fees are not included in the final sales price, and may vary by state. The final auction price does not include the $250.00 Dealer fee (subject to sales tax), which is charged to Customers of the Dealer, and will be added to the final auction price. Dealer will send a provisional bill of sale and Vehicle history report electronically (within 24-hours) to the Buyer after the $500.00 down payment is received.

Fee and Tax Information: Dealer Fee: There is a $250.00 non-negotiable Dealer fee (taxable) added to the final sale price of this auction.
Auction Notice: Seller reserves the right to end this auction early up to 12-hours prior to the end of this online auction.
Non-Resident Pickup: If Buyer is picking up the Vehicle within the State of Florida and driving it home, then Buyer will be charged the equivalent sales tax (or similar fee) due in their respective home state (this is Florida law, up to a maximum of 6%, if applicable). Reciprocity between states usually exists, which means that the Buyer will not pay state sales tax (or similar fee) twice, however please check with Dealer before proceeding to pick up Vehicle, as some exceptions do exist, whereby you would pay tax twice. A Florida Department of Revenue Affidavit (DR-123) will be given to Buyer to cover interstate reciprocity requirements, should they exist. There is a $100 fee for the 30-day temporary Florida tag & registration which is required if Buyer drives the Vehicle home. In most cases Dealer will present the original Certificate of Title to Buyer at pickup, however occasionally Certificate of Title will be sent to Buyer after pickup, if mitigating circumstances apply.
Airport Pickup: Pick-up of Buyer by Dealer from the Miami International Airport is available provided that pickup has been scheduled in advance at a mutually agreeable time for Buyer and Dealer. Buyer is asked to please contact Dealer prior to booking any airfare to make sure things run smoothly.
Non-Resident Shipping: If Buyer is having the Vehicle shipped via professional Transporter, then Buyer is responsible for paying state sales tax, title transfer, tag and registration fees in their respective home state (based on the Bill of Sale supplied at purchase). A 30-day Florida temporary tag is not needed in this case. Dealer will send Buyer the existing Certificate of Title once the original sales documents have been received by Dealer, and the Vehicle has departed the State of Florida. Average processing time for Certificate of Title is 7-10 days after final payment is received, not including time for US Mail.
Florida Residents: If Buyer is a Florida resident, full state sales tax will be collected based on Buyer's county of residence (state minimum of 6% plus County surcharge, if applicable). If Buyer has a current Florida license plate, tag & registration, then credit will be issued by the Florida DMV accordingly at the closing, with estimated total costs of $200, including title transfer. Otherwise Buyer must purchase a new license plate, tag & registration at the closing, with estimated total costs of $450, including title transfer. In either case, a 30-day temporary tag & registration will be issued until the new plate and tag arrive. Buyer will not have to make a separate trip to the tag agency and the new plate and/or tags will be sent via US Mail to Buyer by Dealer.
Pick-up Policy: Hours for pick-up by professional Transporters or pick-up Buyers is generally available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern time, subject to confirmation with Dealer. Pick-up address will either be 3812 NW 32nd Ave Miami Florida 33142 or 2918 Virginia St Miami Florida 33133. Buyers should confirm time with Dealer prior to making any final transport or pick-up arrangements.
Storage Policy: As an online Dealer, storage space is very limited. All Buyers must complete pick-up of their Vehicle within seven-days of the auction ending. Local Buyers must arrange to drive their Vehicle away immediately after the closing. In either case, Dealer will add a $100 storage fee if Buyer cannot make other arrangements.
Canadian Buyers: Transactions must be handled via a Canadian-based Auto Broker under the guidance of the Registrar of Imported Vehicles. Fees due to the Auto Broker, plus any applicable GST and/or PST, will be paid by the Buyer. There are no state sales tax, nor title, tag or registration fees due in the US for used car transactions exporting to Canada, so long as a professional Transporter is employed from Dealership location to the Canadian border. Any such taxes and/or fees begin at the Canadian border. However, if Buyer is driving Vehicle home, then the 6% Florida state sales tax will apply (no reciprocity in Canada), plus a $100 fee for the 30-day temporary Florida tag & registration. Transporters: Buyers are financially and legally responsible for any and all transportation fees, as well as confirming and finalizing shipping arrangements. However, Dealer will email a list of qualified Transporters to Buyer upon request.
Worldwide Shipping: This service is available via Florida-based seaports on a case-by-case basis. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, duties, port fees, taxes, and insurance, etc., necessary for the transaction to occur. Additionally, Buyer is responsible for transportation costs from Dealership location to the seaport.
