Vehicle Detail

catnhare@aol.com store 1976 Honda CB750, early production (2/76) clean and complete bike. As shown, bike includes Corbin seat, Dyna Coils, 8mm Taylor Spiro Pro wires, S&W rear Street Shocks, white gauge faces with chrome Honda gauge cups and cafe bars. Also has Yoshimura 4 into 1 exhaust and full Daytona rear sets, that incidentally work great. The rear rim is an Akront 16"- 3.50 and the front is a Takasago Excell 18"and both are wearing Dunlop K591F Elite SP's. Front braking is through a dual disc (Honda) set up and the rear is conventional shoe. I rebuilt the carbs with Keyster kits about 2 years ago and it remained unfired until a week ago. The carbs have the Emgo cone mesh filters and they are new. I have owned this bike for about 6 years and have put a total of about 15 miles on it. It has always been stored inside and kept clean and covered. It starts easily and runs very well. I also installed a new ignition key assembly. I have rebuilt the master cylinder and both front calipers with Honda kits and installed a new stainless front brake line. I have the clear Florida title in hand. True mileage is unknown. This bike has not covered a lot of miles in the last several years of it's life, so there are things you may want to address if this is to be a daily rider. The tires look great but were manufactured in 1998, so an upgrade would be advisable. The front brakes seem to get grabby after a little use, but may or may not get better with usage. The chain has some dry spots that may clean up with a good servicing or possibly a new chain should be considered. When I started it a week ago, there was a small amount of gas wetness at the inlets of the carbs (they are O-ringed, and looked fine during the rebuild but might have dried out). Headlight and tail lamp ( a vintage Tombstone) work fine but directionals and horn seem to dodge my attempts at getting them to function. The bike would certainly move up a notch in looks if the rear fender and tail lamp were more "cafe" style appropriate, but that is up to you. There are no warranties, guarantees or any promises made concerning this vehicle and although I have tried to be very comprehensive in my description, there may be other unknown issues. I will not ship motorcycle but will aid in pick up. If you are air shipping, I am 15 miles from Tampa International Airport. Please pay within 5 days of auction closing date. Email me with any questions you might have and thank you for looking. On Apr-04-11 at 17:15:53 PDT, seller added the following information: Note: I have added a few pictures that were taken in the sun. Hopefully they will be better able to show the bike. I took a picture of some scratches on the front fender. I neglected to show them in the first set of pics. Ask ANY questions before end of sale.
