Great Barn Find! 1971 Triumph T100c with under 16,000 miles on the odometer. I found this about a year ago with intentions of restoring it back to original. I have since, got way in over my head with other projects and have decided to let her go to a new home. I have done a complete inspection of the bike and here are the results. Overall the bike is a mostly complete solid straight motorcycle. The engine does kick over and is not locked up. It does'nt appear to have a lot of compression and may or may not need new rings. The cylinder head has one broken fin. The transmission goes thru the gears and I dont suspect any problems with it. It will need the wiring repaired or replaced as it has several spots where it has been repaired in the past. There is no ignition key for the bike. The Gas tank looks like it was repainted at one time . Both brakes work .I do not know if the lights work as I have not hooked a battery to it. The fork seals leak and will need replacement. The seat is ripped and will need repaired. The kick stand mount is broke off of the frame and will need welded back on. Both rims have some pitting but are solid and straight and look really good for a daily rider. The exhaust is not original . The correct pipes for the T100C are the high pipes that come out on the left side of the bike This basically is an excellent project that wont take much to get on the road.
