1976 Toyota Land Cruiser - FJ40 - 24k Miles Click any image to see it full size eBay Feedback Me Page Other Auctions Item Description I'm Selling my 1976 Toyota Land Cruiser.. It has 24,000 Miles on the vehicle and runs and drives beatifully. The truck has had all new Coolant System installed as the lines were gummed up from Sitting so long. I have had replaced the following: New Radiator New Water Pump New Thermostate All New Coolant Lines/Hoses New Heater Valve Upgraded vehicle to a new Mallory Electronic Distributor & Installed new Bosch Plug Wires. (All Service was performed by an ASE Certified Mechanic who speciliazes in older vehicles.) Owner of A-1 Auto Service in Mt. Zion, IL. The 4x4 System works great and used it this winter when we got 20" of snow, it worked extremely well in the weather. There is no major rust and no rust through in any spots of the vehicle. The Floor Pan and Underbody is extremely solid with now weak spots. This car was imported from New Zealand and has spent most of its life in a Garage. Its a great candidate for Restoration or an excellent daily driver if needed. Its all original terms of Engine/Tranny and the Body. And even has the original Factory HeadLiner in the vehicle. It also has a extra heavy duty Grill Guard that was installed in New Zealand and I have put a large Winch attached to the Grill Guard. Also the Grill Guard has holders for Jerry Cans for extra Gasoline for those LONG trips. Which I have installed 2 Jerry Cans as well. You will also notice that this Land Cruiser has a Dual Fuel Setup, it runs on Both Propane and Gasoline and was a Factory Option installed in New Zealand. This comes in Handy when Gasoline is over $4/gallon and Propane is still at $2/gallon. With its current Emissions Setup, the Land Cruiser gets around 18mpg with Gasoline and around 17mpg with Propane. The best thing about this truck is that it has 24k original miles on it. It will be pretty hard to find an FJ40 with that low miles on it anywhere.. Feel Free to contact me with any other questions you might have..
