In New York this product is backed by Old Republic Insurance Company in Florida.Total Service Protection Plan is administered by National Warranty of Florida Inc, or Protective company.
Buyers agreement
Placement of a bid and/or offer on this auction indicates that the bidder has read and understands all of the terms of this auction, and constitutes voluntary acceptance of all terms and policies stated above and within this contract agreement, you agree to be bound by the following agreement.
We're reserves the right to change or modify the following terms and conditions without limitation, notice, or liability.
By utilizing our auction site, by way of placing a bid or ultimately becoming the winner of an auction, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the A Impuls Auto Inc site and eBay site in accordance with all terms and conditions.
When placing a bid or offer on the A Impuls Auto Inc auction site, you agree to be bound by all of the sales terms including,
but not limited to “Doc. Fees” or other miscellaneous charges noted on the auction site.
While accessing the A Impuls Auto Inc auction site, you further agree to accept financial responsibility for your use of the A Impuls Auto Inc auction site under your name or account, including without limitation, all uses of your account by others. You may allow others to use your account information for the purpose of placing bids on the A Impuls Auto Inc auction site only if you agree to pay all charges that they incur and to be responsible for all other aspects of their usage.
Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place only in the State of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia County.
As per the eBay User Agreement and the terms of this auction, a successful, winning auction bid forms a legal and binding contract between the buyer and seller. It is agreed that a court of competent jurisdiction in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania will adjudicate all claims pertaining to this contract.
The buyer agrees to waive his or her right to litigation pertaining to this contract in any other municipality or legal venue.
The seller is also entitled to recover from the contract purchaser, any fees, legal expenses, storage charges or other costs that are incurred as a result of a contract default by a purchaser.

We do not accept any trade-ins.
We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
Buyer's Inspection:
Sometimes, a mistake can be made in the description of the vehicle and/or its options.
This is why Pre-sale inspections are not only welcome, but recommended, and available at any time.
If you cannot do the inspection yourself, there are many inspection companies that you can easily find on the web and as well as within eBay.
We reserve the right for non-significant mistakes in our description.
If a mistake happens, it should not affect the price of the vehicle.
Please note, that all of our vehicles are available for continuous demonstration and testing, so mileage may vary slightly from the time the actual pictures were taken.
All third party inspections have to be done before the auction is over.
The buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees as we do not guarantee inspection on any vehicle for any state.

If you have "zero" feedback please contact us by phone or your bid will be canceled before the auction ends.

If the PAYMENT for the purchase is due via Bank Wire Transfer, ( $40.00 fee applies to Bank wire transfers),
US certified check or Cash (IN PERSON) within 7 calendar days of auction ending or upon pick-up of the vehicle, whichever comes first.
If the transaction is not completed within the limits of this time, the buyer will lose their deposit.
Vehicles that are paid by cashiers check or bank check will be held up to 8-11 business days and the vehicle will be released after the funds have been cleared and we are able to access the funds on our account.
The funds for the vehicle you are purchasing sent via Bank Wire Transfer from outside the USA will be cleared in approximately 5 days with no exceptions.

All our vehicles which we sell on eBay will be stored inside of our warehouse facility.
Because we have limited storage space, we require that all vehicles be picked up within fifteen days of an auction completion.
Please ask for allowance of additional days for loading during the auction!
Otherwise, storage charges after fifteen days will be charged at $15/day.
The title and car will be released only after all Banks checks, loan checks, credit unions checks and certified checks are cleared and said fees have been paid.

Sale is made in Pennsylvania and all Pennsylvania laws apply.
Vehicle as-is and the buyer is responsible for transportation and all taxes and fees associated with registration and purchase.

Vehicle Title policy
In the State of Pennsylvania, title to the vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans.
In some cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.
We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles and all sales are through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Pennsylvania.
Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking.

Vehicle dealership bidder policy
We do not sell to other auto mobile dealers through our internet auctions. Auto dealers may purchase this vehicle only at the buy it now price if it is offered, and will purchase this vehicle as-is with no warranty. The unconditional guarantee insurance is not offered to auto dealers. We will not assign a title to an auto mobile dealership, unless pre-approved before the sale.
Auto dealerships will also pay an additional $265 doc fee.
There are no exceptions to this policy.

Some things to note:
Final price does not include sales tax, tag fees, or our dealer doc/preparation fee of $280.00 which is due on all sales.
This $280.00 fee is applied to our existing and future expenses which are needed for the winner of the vehicle. This additional fee is for registration of all federal and state documents for the car, all local authority document, transfer of all documents for this vehicle from our company to the buyer, executing vehicle title transfers, messenger's fees, notary fee's, handling all documents for this vehicle and any additional services which are needed for the winner of the vehicle. |
$35.00 for the renaming and shipment of your title from Harrisburg with DHL / FEDEX, etc.

Pennsylvania residents must additionally pay all taxes, registration, tag and title fees.
Out of state residents do not pay any taxes with us, but are subject to registration fees and/or taxes in their state.
