1971 240Z project car. There has been a lot of work completed but much still remains. The engine and transmission have been overhauled and are ready for installing. Many new parts are included: Body rubber seal kit, brake calipers, motor mounts, etc. Glass and stainless trim are in better than average shape, chrome is typically worn for car of this age. Gas tank has been stripped checked for leaks and sealed inside. Radiator has been checked and had minor repairs and ready for installation. Carburators are complete but in their original used condition. There has been some amateur bodywork done and will need to finished or corrected. Car is 50% stripped. Most panels are generally solid needing some work but bottom of car and frame rails are very solid. It was protected with a good undercoating. Area around battery tray needs to be repaired/replaced. Most suspension parts, backing plates, steering parts, brake drums, valve cover, oil pan and other parts have been powder coated. There is a good set of wheels and very good wheel covers. Seats and dash need to be redone. Transmission tunnel and behind seat area trim is in usable shape for a driver. The rotisserie and engine stand go with the project. Also there is a second 1971 parts car (yellow) that is complete but body suffers from extensive rust. However there are most likely more than a few usable parts still on the car. It is complete and still on it’s wheels. Most of the project car’s old parts are boxed or shelf stored. Small print: There is no shipping available it is pickup in north central Arkansas only. We will help buyer load cars and parts. Project and parts car are not towable and must be hauled. I know there are things I haven't covered, so please ask questions and request additional pics if you have something specific you want to see. $500 non-refundable deposit required within 48 hours of auction close, full payment within seven days. Will store car in current location up to 30 days after auction ends. This project car is completely disassembled. I have mentioned in the description those parts that have been bought new or overhauled. All other parts are in original used condition and will need work before re-installing. The car was somewhat partially disassembled when I got it and many of the parts are still in the boxes I carried home. Please do not assume anything about the condition of the car but ask questions to make sure if you have any doubts. From the pictures you can tell the rotisserie is homemade but is stout and could be modified to fit other cars with a little work. 3 pics of the engine bay were added to listing. As mentioned in the listing there is some work to do in the battery support area. Some rust areas have been removed and will require some metal work to correct.
