Vehicle Detail

A great power cruiser and always a conversation piece. The blue and white color combination looks fantastic and was one of Triumphs best. The windscreen shown is included and not only adds to a clean and sporty look to the bike it blocks enough wind to make cruising a breeze. The Classic model included an improved seat, chrome valve cover, floorboards and toe/heal shifter. The bike is garage kept and has never been laid down. I purchased this bike new and it always treated it with TLC. The rear main bearing was replaced last year by our Baltimore Triumph dealer with the cost partially covered Triumph (the rear main bearing has been a noted problem in some of these machines). The bike starts easily, shifts smoothly and runs great. I purchased a 2011 Roadster and cannot keep two, so the Classic must go. This Bike is advertised locally and subject to sale until reserve is met. I relisted the Rocket after several questions and inquiries as I was not available the past couple of days to answer or to show the bike to folks in a timely manner. In answer to the inquiries: It has never been in an accident, it has not been modified, it has never been laid down, last maintenance was fresh fluids, adjustments etc when the bearing was replaced around Sep 2010. For the European inquiry the exhaust is stamped "e11". I looked over the whole bike for any and all scratches I could find, there are a couple scratches on the chrome immediately in front of the rear pegs where the passenger would put their feet, this is inevitable if you ride two up at all; there is also one just to the rear of the windscreen on the fork, this must have happened when the bike was being serviced and I did not notice it; the rear wheel has some surface spots (no indentations) which a wheel shop may polish/remove. I added pictures of these three noted areas in case you are not able to see the bike in person. I lowered the reserve price a bit more for any inconvenience relisting caused. I can't think of anything else to include, the bike is sold as is, but email if you there is any further information you need. Thanks for looking!
