1956 Chevy panel truck for sale. 350 cubic inch engine. Turbohydromatic 350 transmission. Plymouth front end with disc brakes. Fairly new alternator. New radiator surge tank. Aftermarket under dash AC but compressor does not have belt hooked up so I don't know if it works. The fan on it does work. It does have freon in it. Original rear end. Runs and drives fine. Does not have power brakes but I am including a power brake kit new in box that I never installed. Body is very "straight" as far as dents are concerned. There is rust at rear quarter panels and the rear panel on the driver side has a rust hole about 15" long by about 4". Passenger side rear panel has a small rust hole. Rust along rocker panels but panels are solid. No rust on steps in side doors. Tires in excellent condition. Spare tire included. Wheels have corrosion. All glass is excellent. Wood flooring in good condition. Speedometer works. Some gauges inoperative. Vehicle needs work, a project I just don't have time for, but it's a great truck. Don't see many of these on the road. Paint job is in red with ghost flames. Please ask questions, I'm happy to fill in the gaps of info. I can always get more photos as needed. Customer arranges shipping. Customer can request inspection at their own cost. Payment of 500.00 deposit is due within 2 days of auction end with balance to be arranged after.
