This is my '99 Tracker convertible. I use it for work because of the great gas mileage.A fill up lasts better than a week depending on distance driven.The exterior is black and is average with some surface bubbling on the pass. window frame and some on the wheel well rear lips..Has the typical rocker rust which was patched by the previous owner..Think he used vinyl strips to patch. I have seen rocker strips in Whitney for about $25.00 a pair. Tires have probably 2/3 tread remaining.It is inspected till end of the year so it should be good till then.Top is not ripped, windows are clear, and back zipper works fine. Latch on back door works but needs pulled back down after opening to reclose.Spring inside latch is probably broken.Drives straight down the road and brakes fine.It is a manual 5 speed transmission and 4 wheel drive..Third gear occasionally grinds especially when cold but not a disaster.Does have cruise control that I did not realize (after driving it 6 hrs.back home) till the next day after purchase.!!!Radio works fine but have not used the cassette player as I have cd's...Also has a/c which I haven't used but previous owner said needed recharged...Have had several Trackers..I have said before that they are like little tanks and walk thru the snow with ease. I am entertaining a jeep, thus the reason for putting it up for auction. Tracker is not a show piece but certainly nothing you would have to sneak thru the alleys so you wouldn't be seen!! It makes an excellent work car or would probably make a nice first car for a student,new driver,etc. Welcome to test drive or send an inspector.....Got a decent deal when bought so it'll be cheap transportation for someone if reserve is hit.
