1952 is the first year of the overhead valve 101 hp straight 6 cylinder. 3 speed on the column. This is a low production year, so you do not see many of them at shows. It is a real 50's cruiser. This car was nearly restored in its light blue color, unfortunately they used the wrong stripper or primer and the paint has peeled to bare metal across the exterior in many places. The under hood and trunk are fine and would not need to be repainted. Even the black trim under the hood is nice. The car runs and drives fine. It needs a nice paint job and complete interior upholstery. The body is straight and has no rust through, only surface rust from the peeled paint. The chrome and stainless are very nice. All the glass is good. The dash is very nice. All the trim parts are in very good condition and are ready to go back on after painting. The interior trim is also very nice. All parts shown are labeled and most have fasteners.Passenger side rear floor pan has rusted through, but could be easily patched. The trunk is clean and solid with good paint, and all the trim is there. Any piece not in very good condition now has replacements. The car is ready to be stripped, repainted, reupholstered, and enjoyed again. It is well worth the buy it now price. So, don't hesitate to call with any questions. 417-317-3182.
