So we called the Columbia County garage and the supervisor remembered seeing the emblems but didn't know how or why they were added to the truck. We were not aware that Ford did not have this option on its trucks and we were not trying to scam anyone. We have confirmed with our FORD dealer that this truck has the optional towing package and optional heavy-duty suspension. (further evidenced by the 7 lug wheels) Also this truck is the XL model and a 2 page printout from the dealership is available upon request since we are not mechanically minded enough to interpret it.
