1998 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Xtra-cab TRD 4cyl 5spd My daily driver for the last 5 years. I bought it with 89k. It now has 174k. I used it as a truck , so it has chips , dings , scratches and dents. Interior is still in good shape. It has a P.A. RECONSTRUCTED TITLE. That is not the same as a SALVAGE TITLE. It was involved in an accident over 3 years ago. Declared a total loss by the insurance company. I bought it back and performed the necessary repairs. Than I had it certified by a state approved facility. Than I was able to have it legally inspected and registered. At that point it was issued a CLEAR , but RECONSTRUCTED TITLE. It runs great , but does need some work. The "check engine" light is on , but does not effect performance. The windshield is cracked on the passenger side top. The exhaust has a leak. Front tires are low on tread. State inspection is expired. I still use it at times , when it snows or to go to Home Depot. All options work , including 4 wheel drive in all ranges and locking rear differential. A/C was still cold last summer. I have not tried it in a few months. This has been the best truck I have ever owned. I have only replaced the starter , alternator , battery , brakes and cat. convt. This truck has never let me down and I would still drive it anywhere , but it's time to upgrade. It is for sale local and I reserve the right to end the auction early.
