1979 TRIUMPH SPITFIRE - 1500 You are bidding on a very nice 1979 Triumph Spitfire that runs and drives great. We are listing this vehicle for a customer, so if you have questions do not leave them until the last minute. Car was painted about a year ago and still looks good with no rust. Floors and rockers are solid as is the whole car, see pictures. Engine was rebuilt about 3 years ago by the previous owner and car runs strong . The car has had a recent tune up including servicing carburator and choke, and choke works fine and the car has good oil pressure. Steering and suspension are also in good condition as are the brakes. The interior is about 7 out of 10. Clean inside and top is good with 1 small hole in the rear quarter window. The car will need some wiring work (fuse box). Car comes with full tonneau and repair manual. Buyer must arrange shipping.
