The Mercedes SL 2004 is surely one of the most beautiful cars in the world. With the hard top up, the SL turns into a coupe as quiet as a bank at midnight, allowing the occupants to relax with the hard top stowed, a 16-second process. The High End Bose sound system compensates automatically for the increased road noise. The SL roadster is packed with electronic wizardry that works amazingly well: electronic throttle control, antilock braking with electronic brake force distribution, electronic traction control and electronic stability control, winter Pkg(heated seats), Navigation, wood grain accents, CD changer, power, heated and memory seats, headlight washers, separate climate controls, tilt and telescopic steering wheel and much more. The "Mars Red" exterior paint is in outstanding condition, and shines like the Florida sun as you can see from our detailed pictures. All original paint, never damaged. I have personally driven this "fun in the sun" car and she performs very well with a tight shifts and a powerful engine! This vehicle has been dealer serviced. All electrical and mechanical components are in good working condition. What a "head-tuner" this car is! The, Stone w/Chestnut Trim, leather interior is in very good condition, free of any rips, tears or burns! Smells like fresh leather. The, 18" aluminum, alloy wheels carry really good condition tires that are full of life! Some paint chips touched up, almost unnoticeable. All of our vehicles are sold with free and clear title of any and all liens. - A deposit in the amount of 20% of the sale price must be sent within 24 hours from close of auction. We will only waive this deposit requirement if FULL PAYMENT is to be made by an approved lender such as your credit union, Capital One Auto Finance (formally PeopleFirst.com), eBay Finance, etc... where you will be financing THE ENTIRE COST, of the vehicle. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days. Vehicles not picked up within 5 days will be subject to a storage charge. Please speak to your sales representative for specifics.
- We accept All Major credit cards, Deposits can be made up to $2500.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact the dealer at: (954) 527-5522 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis.
- *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, car wholesalers etc. A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*
- A 20% restocking fee will apply on all items. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. applicable in their own states. Please, feel free to contact the dealer with ANY questions regarding this tax issue.
IMPORTANT! - We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Our vehicles may be used for demonstration purposes after they have been listed on Ebay. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. We can not and will not be held liable or responsible for these minor issues. So please take in consideration these cars are used and you may need to spend a little.
- Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.
- All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included in the text and pictures on the final photo. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.
- We reserve the right to notify bidders of early cancellation of any auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive or net negative feedback.
- Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a deposit of $1000.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer or Pay Pal overnight express. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. We would like a copy of any cashier check you may be using faxed to us before the delivery date. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.
- A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.
