VEHICLE CONDITION:
The vehicles we offer have been hand-picked based upon the quality of the vehicle, relative mileage and option/features packages that we feel are more appealing to our client base. Pre-Owned vehicles will have relevant signs of use on the exterior and interior which may include stone chips on paint and wear on interior contact points. While we make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each vehicle, we realize it is not possible to perfectly document everything on a vehicle that is in line with items that may be important to each individual. If there is something we are not sure about and would like additional information prior to your purchase, please ask and we will be glad to help.
WARRANTY:
These Pre-Owned vehicles are being sold “As Is”. Some vehicles may come with the balance of the factory warranty.
PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS:
We highly recommend and encourage Pre-Purchase Inspections (PPI) prior to a purchase or final payment. We will be glad to coordinate with you to get your vehicle inspected. Any charges associated with a PPI will be the responsibility of the purchaser and payment must be authorized and paid for prior to the vehicle being released for inspection.
IN-PERSON OR THIRD PARTY INSPECTION:
As well, for those that are local, or able to fly or drive in, we encourage and in-person inspection. For those wishing to send a representative to inspect vehicle on-site, we welcome this too. Due to our schedules filling up, these are BY APPOINTMENT only.
VEHICLE PICK UP:
As with inspections, vehicle pick-ups, by carrier or buyer in person, must be done by appointment. This allows us to make sure the vehicle is release ready and that all associated paperwork is completed. As well, if you are flying in and need pick up at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport (ATL), please notify us and we will make arrangements to pick you up.
DEPOSIT:
We require a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal. For “Buy It Now”, this deposit is required immediately. For a winning bidder not using “Buy It Now”, deposit is due within 24 hours of winning the auction. Some ask why the deposit is non-refundable. The reason is two-fold. Firstly we get rid of the poser bidders that just waste your time and ours. Secondly, when a vehicle sells (or appears to sell), other buyers move on to another purchase and we lose the opportunity to sell to them. If we are going to lose that sale opportunity, people getting cold feet or that really don’t have their financial package arranged will offset some of our costs to market the vehicle. In other words, if you can’t really purchase this vehicle, please stay out of the bidding process so those that want to can…Thank you.
PAYMENT:
US Funds. Cash in Person (must advise if showing up with cash), Cashiers Checks, Certified Funds, Bank Lien, Personal (once cleared), eBay Financing, Institutional Financing.
FEES:
Dealer Fees- NO DEALER FEES. Yes, that is right, NO DEALER FEES. Sorry, we just don’t do it, if you insist so you feel like you are being treated like you are everywhere else; we’ll stick something in there on special request…:-)
Out of State Buyers- Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.
Georgia Buyers- In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes. You will be responsible for handling your vehicle registration.
SHIPPING:
We will be happy to help you locate a shipping company and coordinate with them, or a shipping company that you make independent arrangements with. Please be advised that all shipping arrangements are provided as a courtesy, and all shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Any claims arising from shipping damage are between the buyer and the actual shipping Company. We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping. All shippers used are insured for shipping damage. We can assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. We are not affiliated with any one carrier and any claims or other communication regarding shipment and delivery of the vehicle will be between the customer and the shipping company.
PRICING:
We offer lower pricing than you would typically find at a traditional dealership. This comes due to our lower operational overhead and the timing our purchases to get the best possible deals based upon where the market is at. Our vehicles often sell before the end of auction through a direct contact from a buyer that negotiates a deal to get the car off the market. Keep in mind; we reserve the right to cancel any auction at any time due to the vehicle selling through a negotiated deal or local sale.
