I bought this car to restore, but don't have the funds to finish. The car is being sold AS IS. NO Title. Bill of Sale, only. The car is from New York, where Title was not required before 1973. Good car to restore. I have taken lots of pictures of exterior, interior. Body on car is good, No major Rust issues. Power Seats work. Head, dash, trunk, tail lights work. Heater fan runs. No broken glass. The interior needs restored. The driver's side floor board has a small rusted hole. See picture. Frame is good as far as I can see. Has 390 engine. The car will start if gas poured into the carburator. NO brakes, winning bidder will need to haul it home. I am relisting this car, NO Reserve, for serious bidders only. I intended to fully restore this car for show, but don't have the time or the funds at this time. Giving longer time to move car after auction ends of 14 days after auction ends. Final payment must be made within the 7 days, however. Payment: A $500.00 deposit thru Paypal is requried within 48 hrs. of auction ending. Deposit will NOT be refunded, only serious bidders with a Feed Back Score of 10 or more will be accepted. The remaining balance should be paid in CASH 7 days after the auction ends. It is perfectly acceptable to request Cash as final payment on Ebay Motors (see rules). Vechicle will need to be towed or hauled home, within 14 days after auction ends. FINAL PAYMENT DUE 7 Days of auction ending. NO E-checks thru Paypal...payments must clear. You should make arrangements for final payment and pick up within the 7 days of auction ending. This is a good 1961 Tbird to restore. Body has no major issues. A little work and money and time you will have her running. Will not sell for parts, by bidding on this auction you are agreeing to the conditions you are bidding on the entire car, and agree to the payment agreement if you are the high bidder. This car is for sale locally, too. I reserve the right to end the auction early if sold locally. For a historical reference/document only I am throwing in a 1961 Tbird Title from New Jersey. I have decided I am not going to restore any of the Tbirds in the near future so I am listing this one again if interested... moving on to other projects.
