The vehicle was sold to us as a theft recovery missing the wheels and exhaust. We purchased used wheels and tires and installed them. We had the exhaust in stock. We installed the exhaust which in turn completed the vehicle. This vehicle runs and drives great in its current condition with no issues found in the engine, transmission, suspension and/or cooling. About The Title Michigan rebuilt salvage titles are processed just like a clear title in most states. It can usually be transferred and plated to any buyer in any state or country with no further inspections.
