I had thought that the detailed report would provide an explanation of the parts replaced, but it didn't. This truck was pulling a trailer when the trailer was rear-ended. As a result, the rear hitch and back bumper were bent. Both parts were replaced by professionals and no frame, body or paint work was necessary.
