No problems, no accidents, good condition, fabric seats. My Aunt Willie died and left me her car, there is nothing wrong with this car. Why buy from a private seller? 1. No pushy salesmen trying to get you to buy more than you want. 2. No $595 dealer fee tacked on when you finally get to the price you planned to pay. 3. No worries -- you may get a 50/50 warranty from a dealer. With me, there is a Toyota Certified Used Vehicle Limited Warranty good until 12/31/2012 or 100,000 miles (we now have about 61,000) for the powertrain and the Ultimate Choice Protection Plan Limited Motor Vehicle Service Agreement Platinum plan that covers virtually all mechanical breakage, including just about all repairs except what you'd call supplies like windshield wipers, batteries, tires and bulbs. I'll email you the entire warranty package, if you ask. Bottom line, the worst mechanical failure will cost you $50 (deductible) until 12/31/13 or 100,000 miles. Now with that said, this is a Toyota. I've used the warranty once, for a bad battery in the first 12 months. As long as you don't run it into a pole, this car will last you for years. 4. You bring the check, we go to the tax collector's together to transfer the title, bring your insurance card. You leave the government office with your new tag and title registration, no worries, no risk. No notary fees, document fees, nor other dealer costs. Of course, you pay sales tax and title transfer fee to the tax collector. 5. Free roadside assistance - the warranty includes this until June 23, 2013. Even if you run out of gas, get a flat, lock yourself out, etc. you're covered. 6. Jumper cables included. 7. I'll give you the receipts for all of the service and maintenance I've done on the car since I got it on June 23, 2006. 8. Bring a check on your own bank, if there's an office in Vero Beach, we'll stop by on the way to the tax collector and get it cashed, you hold the cash until the title is transferred.
