This 1955 Thunderbird Jr. (serial # 1559) was manufactured by Powercar Co. of Connecticut. The vehicle was Ford's 1955 promotional car. The excellent fiberglass body has professional paint - new decals - new battery - working lights and horn. It appears to have original side panels and seat cover. The frame is sound with no rust ever. It has the orginal starter motor and wiring. Runs GREAT! The vehicle is 68" long and 29" wide. It weighs 130 lbs. This is a super nice example of a rare and desirable collectible childs toy. The car is from the estate of a prominent Southeast Texas family. Buyer will be responsible for pick up and/or crating and shipping cost and any other expenses/fees related to the purchase of this vehicle.
