This is a very nice original Fiat 600D. Has been sitting inside a barn for a long time. The last owner claims that it hadn't been driven since the 70's during the fuel crisis. The body has a few dents and dings but is very solid. The floors are clean and in great shape, as the pictures should show. The paint is thin in areas (it is the original coat) and there are specks of surface rust beginning. The rockers are solid. Very nice body for the age. The bottom of the nose panel is clean and rust free (common problem area on small fiats) There would be very small amounts of body work required. All of the glass is there. The passenger side door handle is broken. It is missing 1 or 2 of the smaller side trim pieces but everything else seems to be there and in nice shape. The driveline is all there and untouched, although the engine seems stuck. When I purchased the car the spark plugs were removed, and it would not turn over by hand. I have filled the cylinders with penetrating oil, for what it's worth. One or two of the brakes are dragging and will obviously need work. The tires are shot and will need replacement. Missing hubcaps. The interior is in surprisingly good shape except for the drivers seat is ripped up. The headliner and the drivers side door panel are missing. Otherwise clean and in nice shape. Overall a very nice original example of the 600. No one has messed with this car, taken it apart, or fixed things incorrectly over the years. Just had the title switched over for a more modern one.
