We are selling one of our Datsun fairlady's here you are looking at a 1969 Fairlady roadster with the U20 engine, we purchased this vehicle from a fella in Arkansas 4 years ago and we have taken her down to the metal and rebuilt her from the ground up all original, but at least we knew what had when we were completed. The car has Zero body filler or mud in it NONE! it is solid steel throughout. We installed floor deadener to silent the ride, we have installed new carpet and a complete new interior. The car has original equipment to include: Owners manual build schematic it is in Japenese we found it under the old carpet, but it is kind of cool. The original hub caps the tire jack the engine and carbs are all original, but rebuilt with a healthy list of parts I will outline here in a bit. The original top the original leather seats and head back rests, the car has brand new tires with no miles on them and the original dog dish hubcaps. Here are the major parts we had put in: New exterior mirrors, exhaust valves, intake valves, hood scoop, new intake bronze guides exhaust guides, .020 Flat top piston set from Ralleye Datsun new headset valves head cover gaskets new pan gasket Carb air cleaner gaskets new trunk seal, new rims, Master and slave cylinders All work was done buy weaver engine repair here in Wisconsin. The car has NO dents or dings No bubbles in the paint it is very very nice, the engine needs to be broken in the engine work was completed 5 wks ago all paperwork receipts and a full photo restoration album will go with the car. I am a honest straight to the point type of guy! this car is exactly what I say it is, no smoking mirrors, no funny photos, it is the real deal and I didnt spend more then 5 minutes cleaning it up for pics, no wax no shinny stuff to make it look more special then it is. LOL anyway enjoy and thanks for looking at our Datsun On Feb-14-11 at 17:46:31 PST, seller added the following information: Evidently there is Confusion seeing I didn't specify the model as a 1969 Datsun Model "2000" I have been accused of playing with words and perhaps I didn't have what I was saying I had or I was giving the Illusion that I had something that really wasnt there... WOW So let me be more clear. This is a Model 2000 The engine block is stamped U20 13625 there is a Id plate that says 11071 10425 then near the radiator fill tank under the paint I cannot read the numbers but i did see a 136or a 138 and a 010 there may have been another number or numbers but the paint had filled them in I took some sand paper to rub the paint away but it made it worst. So in addition to that I will send anybody more photos of the interior I cant post them here without removing the ones I have. Thanks and if anybody knows where else I can look on the body to get more numbers I will gladly do that so the nervous can sleep knowing that the car they never will bid on anyway is actually what I said it was.
