Up for auction is this 1998 Jaguar XJ8L V8, great condition, clean ready to drive anywhere. Exterior is brilliant blue with plenty of shine and only minor nicks and wear normal for a car of this age. Engine runs great, transmission shifts as it should, tires have plenty of tread life, interior is excellent condition with no rips, tears, or stains. This model is the Vandan Plas L, and is a little longer than the other XJ8 giving more leg room in the back seating area. I have added the mesh grill, rear spoiler trunk lip and 17 inch factory Jaguar rims that give the car a sporty look while maintaining the luxury feel of a Jaguar sedan. This car has plenty of power and still gets over 22 mpg on the highway. Don't let the milage scare on this car most are highway miles and it has been taken care of very well with oil changes every 3000 miles. I have a very low reserve set, don't hesitate to ask questions.On Feb-18-11 at 18:54:05 PST, seller added the following information: I just noticed the vehicle report indicated this vehicle was involved in an accident which is not true. I purchased the vehicle in april 2004 and the report says it was in an accident in Sept 2004, this is false. there have been no accidents while I've owned the vehicle. I did however have the front windsheild replaced after getting hit with a rock while driving on the highway and it was paid for by my insurance co. due to the fact that in KY we have full no fault glass coverage, but this was a few years after I purchasded the car in 2004.
