I purchased this Impala SS from New York State with 101,000 miles on it about 8 years ago while I was living in Wisconsin. It has been winter driven in WI for one season and then in Oregon for the last 7 years where roads are not salted. Nevertheless, the car has rust (mostly on the rear panels near the exhaust) which I've attempted to show in the pictures. There are also scratches and dings around the car consistent with its age. The paint is peeling in several areas, mostly on the rear deck lid and rear bumper. It has all new brakes including 4 new rotors and 3 new calipers which were replaced about a year ago. The radiator and shocks were replaced about 3 years ago. It will need new tires. LT1-350 runs excellent and is very strong. Drives nice except that it needs a front end alignment and most likely parts as the steering is rather loose and it wanders and wears the front tires funny. The throttle body and air filter were upgraded before I bought the car. It has a K&N filter and air intake. Exhaust is also after market high performance. I'm unsure of the brand or pipe size but it does not sound stock. It has a deep, aggressive tone. This car was hit in the driver's side rear door area roughly 4 years ago. I had the rear door replaced and the front door's rear edge and the quarter panel straightened out to make it functional and look decent but it was not a complete repair (see pic of wheel well in rear door). The power window in that door does not work. There is some visible wear on the interior. Most notable is a tear in the driver seat leather as well as a smaller tear in the passenger seat. This car has a Viper alarm system but it just recently stopped responding to commands from the remote, so it is currently set to valet mode. The low oil light is stuck on (happened after an oil change) and change oil light is on but just needs to be reset. The oil has always been changed at the recommended intervals while I have owned the car. There is scuffing on all of the wheels around the center-caps which was present when I bought the car. Car is equipped with power mirrors, reading lamps, power adjustable driver and passenger seats, heated mirrors, rear-window defogger, and leather seats. It has an after market CD player and sound system. There is also a speaker box with an amp in the trunk (power is not connected to it presently). I'm selling this car because I am disabled and can no longer drive it. There is a scooter hoist in the trunk which will be removed before the car is transferred. This has been an incredibly reliable and fun car to drive and I believe it has a plenty of miles left on it. Buyer will need to make arrangements for pickup from my home address. I'm unable to deliver the car to a local shipper. I've attempted to represent the true condition of this car as best I can in the description and photos.
