An Original Triple White Convertible. Very well carred for Mustang, Very Nice original paint; owned by a responsible mature individual. This Score's Very well @ 47- Above Average It than was purchassed in a Retirement Community, friend of the Father and given to an Younger person - of which that person removed the front, and rear bottom seats- painted the white in the interior black. The kid put in black vinyl raccero style buckets in front. I believe the Father of that individual, took the vehicle away. I did purchase this from the father. I purchassed the vehicle in July 2006, and I am a Very Mature driver, an ol guy @ 55 who has put 664 miles on this since purchase. An Excellent,Very much Fun to drive Mustang. 175HP@4400rpm HO, with 265ft/lbs torque@3200rpm. Posi-traction rear end. A wind in your hair - Rush! 1983 The first year back for a convertible, since 1973, for the Mustang. This GLX Convertible top is in Excellent shape- no rips tears- operates at the switch. Rare - Glass Back Window. Dash pad great shape with no splits - just common speaker cracks at the in the area of speaker cones. Front widshield has two small rock chips out of vision, all power windows operate as they should. I have power at the CD/radio but no tunes the youngster wired it. I am trying to fix that. The lights, trunk lights- under the hood- interior lights all work; along with lights/key in the ignition buzzer. The flashers work, but turn signal cam swith does not; of which I do have a working replacement- just need the special clip retainer Ford product tool from Napa - or real careful with a screwdriver. My guess is as Yours, on the mileage the odometer only has five space's. I do have a copy of a CarFax, of which does state may be a clerical error. New Brakes front and back. Tires are great. No problems with passing the smog regulations in this state of CA. Currently insurred and registered. Only driven in Fair Weather, always in dry storage. No RAIN Drops. NO Rust issues anywhere! Power sterring, brakes, air conditioning, heater all work. If you are looking for a Foxbody 5.0 HO, 5 speed that has been Very well carred for, Adult ownned; with the exception for a brief time - this is the Mustang GLX. Always pampered and it shows in the photographs! Original paint, carpet, maybe top also! A Pleasure to drive. The Reseve is set just a bit higher than starting - Once it hits the Reserve it will be sold - or just Buy it Now and be done. A very Fair Price for a this Mustang GLX 5.0 HO 5 speed with posi-traction. To restore to a Triple White as it should be for a collector; of which will only go up in value in years to come. This Mustang GLX has the original Black carpet on the floor and lower door panels. The dash, with all of the dash accents- front kick panels, steering wheel, console are all Originally Black. The only things sprayed black where the rear seats and side panels next to the rear seat - and driver/ passenger door panels. Alot of Fox body mustangs to find the correct white interior parts.
