The four-wheel-drive system operates full time and requires no action from the driver. The 3.0-liter, all-aluminum V6 delivers 220 horsepower and 222 foot-pounds of torque with a four-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission that has an integrated transfer case to work with the limited-slip center differential system. Safety features include four-wheel antilock disc brakes (ABS), front and side airbags, and shoulder belts with pretensioners and force limters. The silver exterior is accented with darker pewter panels, fog lights, roof rack and alloy wheels with Kumho tires at approx 70%. Driver and passengers are treated to comfortable seats and a beautiful interior. Seating is in elegant medium gray leather with touches of genuine burled birds-eye maple wood trim. The shift lever, which is mounted in the center instrument panel frees up floor space between the front seats for small packages or purses while providing storage. Both front seats are power operated and heated and rear seats slide forward and back to create legroom or increase cargo space. They also recline individually so even rear seat occupants are comforable on lengthy trips. And if extra cargo space is necessary, the rear seats easily fold flat to open up the cargo area (see pic).
